Job summary

Podium, a leading AI-enabled platform for local businesses, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer in Lehi, UT. You will own features end-to-end, shaping architecture and collaborating with product, design and business teams to ship impactful projects.

You are passionate about building from zero to one, comfortable with AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor), and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment while working in-office five days per week at our Lehi HQ.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production systems, full stack.
• Strong user mindset and problem solving in fast-paced, impact-oriented environments.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools to move faster.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and unfamiliar domains.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Must be local and available to work in-office, 5 days per week in Lehi, UT HQ.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from design through production.
• Influence architecture and collaborate with product, design and business stakeholders.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement.
