Job summary

Altisource is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Product Engineering team in a remote/hybrid capacity for India. You will own end-to-end delivery of AI-driven mortgage workflows, building backend services and rich frontends with React/Next.js, and collaborating with architects and stakeholders.

You will lead the design and implementation of autonomous AI agents, integrate with LOS systems, and adopt AI tools to maintain velocity while ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of full stack delivery across backend and frontend.
• Experience with AI/ML integration, LLMs, or agent-based systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End ownership of features from requirements to production readiness.
• Develop backend microservices and modern React/Next.js UIs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement AI agents for document processing and workflows.
• Integrate with LOS systems and third-party services.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
