Job summary

Ersilia is hiring a Senior Full-stack Engineer to own major product areas, from ideation to implementation. You’ll work across frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/Flask), building AI-powered tools for creators alongside AI PMs and ML engineers.

You’ll own scalable systems that handle millions of views per day and help shape how AI is applied in product decisions, while collaborating across teams in a hybrid SF/NY setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• AI-native work style as a hard requirement; AI tools as default starting point.
• Real production usage of AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or comparable).
• Comfort using LLMs beyond code generation: planning, spec-writing, debugging, code review.
• Proficient in TypeScript for frontend React apps.
• Strong Python skills for backend development.
• Familiarity with SQL and Postgres.
• Customer-centric mindset with creators as users.
• Comfort thriving in ambiguity and scoping with teammates.
• Based in or willing to relocate to SF or NY; Hybrid, in-office Tue–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on AI-powered creator tools with AI PMs and ML engineers.
• Scale products to millions, and aim for billions of page views.
• Lead frontend development with a delightful UI/UX.
• Create systems and understand moving parts across the stack.
• Treat AI as the default starting point for scoping, planning, spec-writing, code generation, debugging, and reviews.
