New York Life is seeking a Senior Associate - Full-Stack AI Engineer to design and deliver enterprise AI platform capabilities for scalable, secure solutions.

You will build agent-based, multi-agent AI workflows and governance features, leveraging LLMs, RAG, and vector databases to power business outcomes across the organization. This role requires independent ownership from design through production deployment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and modern frameworks.
• Experience building cloud-native applications, APIs, distributed systems, or platform services.
• Hands-on with generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, tool integration, and prompts.
• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise AI platform capabilities, including lifecycle services and governance.
• Build production-ready AI solutions using multi-agent architectures and tool integration.
• Implement knowledge systems using RAG, semantic search, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Develop secure cloud-native services on Google Cloud Platform with Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Advance MLOps and LLMOps, including deployment automation, monitoring, and observability.
• Partner with business and tech stakeholders to address real business challenges.
• Contribute to engineering standards and operational excellence.
