Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking a hands-on Full Stack AI Consultant to accelerate our AI-in-SDLC strategy, establish agentic workflow orchestration capabilities, and embed modern engineering practices across the organization.

You will drive modernization, build reusable AI-enabled services, and lead advanced engineering initiatives involving LangGraph/LangChain, microservices, and Azure cloud architecture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering with advisory experience.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Azure-based cloud-native architectures.
• Strong background in microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, API-first design, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on Agentic AI implementation experience and production deployment of AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Assess current engineering practices and deliver a modernization roadmap with AI integration at its core.
• Build enterprise shared services and APIs reusable across product teams.
• Define and execute an AI-in-SDLC strategy with intelligent automation across coding, testing, reviews, release notes, and deployment.
• Design agentic workflow orchestration using LangGraph with multi-agent collaboration and tool integration.
• Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and observability with AI-driven enhancements.
• Advise on AI-first engineering policies and upskill engineers on agentic AI patterns.
