Supio is hiring senior full-stack engineers to build the agentic platform for law firms, combining AI with deep legal expertise. You will own features end-to-end in TypeScript, from UI to services, delivering production-grade AI systems with autonomous ownership within a hybrid Seattle/San Francisco setting.

Ideal candidates bring true full-stack depth, strong product sense, and hands-on AI/LLM experience, with a startup background and comfort with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• True full-stack depth across the whole stack (front end to back end).
• Strong product sense and ability to translate user needs into solutions.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/LLM systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic platform capabilities (voice, transcription, records extraction, drafting).
• Develop the agent runtime: prompts, tool management, cost/performance optimization.
• Create and maintain the core full-stack application used daily by customers.
• Deliver production ML-driven features with monitoring and observability at scale.
