Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Application Designer and Developer to identify user requirements and design UI across mobile, web and tablet platforms. You will build software components and services that integrate with upstream and downstream systems to meet business needs.

You will collaborate with clients, design intuitive interfaces, write clean code and contribute to agile delivery. Regular travel may be required as part of engagements and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and building Agents.
• Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI.
• Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Experience with Data Visualization tools like D3, Highcharts, Ploty.js, Ember Charts.
• Experience using Commercial Dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD) / unit testing.
• Experience working on complex problems and in a complex codebase.
• Knowledge of frontend “best practices” around page performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
• Travel may be required to meet with clients and engage with stakeholders.
