Aimic Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site Full-Charge Bookkeeper in Norwalk, Connecticut. The role combines full-cycle bookkeeping with office administration and HR support, contributing to accurate financial records and company growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, proficiency with Sage/QuickBooks, and hands-on payroll processing (ADP preferred). Strong organizational skills and independence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with Sage, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience; ADP experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain the General Ledger and assist with monthly financial statements.
• Process payroll using ADP or a similar payroll platform.
• Prepare sales tax filings and coordinate with external accounting professionals.
• Assist with year-end financial reporting and audit-related activities.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and financial planning.
• Maintain accurate inventory accounting and related records.
• Support day-to-day office operations and HR-related functions.
