Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead fulfillment initiatives. You will identify, design, and implement programs that improve adoption of fulfillment solutions and drive measurable improvements in performance and customer experience.

You will manage schedules, risks, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and business teams, using data to guide decisions and deliver impact within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, develop, implement and execute new and existing programs to increase adoption of fulfillment solutions.
• Drive development efforts and manage priorities for program completion, including operational solutions.
• Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate engineering solutions.
• Develop system requirements to streamline tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity.
• Evaluate effectiveness of current and future fulfillment channel performance.
• Collaborate with other teams/departments to integrate with business systems and processes.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, supply chain and fulfillment programs and operations.
• Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor delivery performance and key business indicators.
• Manage cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program requirements.
