Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Director of Operations Fulfillment to oversee shipping/receiving, inventory, assembly, and delivery at the local level. You will coordinate branch staff efforts to provide quality customer service while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

You will lead a team, hire and coach staff, manage warehouse activities, and collaborate across departments to meet delivery and revenue goals, while ensuring compliance with company and government regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
• Minimum of five years of operational work experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring and/or coaching.
• Must possess a valid State Driver’s License, and acceptable driving record.
• Must be willing and able to travel frequently across geographical zone locations.
• Ability to remain focused while handling multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the operations fulfillment team, assuring a prominent level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Hire, develop, coach, and manage staff performance.
• Oversee all warehouse activities including shipping/receiving, physical inventory, product returns, and availability of clean rental/demo equipment.
• Provide all required inventory reports within the assigned territory.
• Provide insights and action plans to improve operations being measured.
• Work cross functionally to coordinate equipment procurement and delivery, to ensure quality and timely provision of service.
• Partner with cross functional leaders for delivery planning of equipment orders to maintain order processing efficiency and deliver revenue goals.
• Ensure quality to increase customer satisfaction and improve turnaround times.
