Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Director of Operations Fulfillment in San Jose, CA to lead the fulfillment team, manage shipping/receiving, inventory, assembly, and delivery at the local level. This role drives customer service quality while ensuring safe and efficient operations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in operations, with two years in supervision; travel across zones is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Five years of operational work experience.
Two years of supervisory experience, including leadership and coaching.
Valid State Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across geographical zone locations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct the operations fulfillment team, assuring a prominent level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Hire, develop, coach, and manage staff performance.
Oversee warehouse activities including shipping/receiving, inventory, returns, and availability of equipment.
Provide required inventory reports within the assigned territory.
Work cross-functionally to coordinate equipment procurement and delivery for timely service.
Partner with cross-functional leaders for delivery planning to maintain order processing efficiency and revenue goals.
Address and resolve escalations in the timeframes outlined in procedures.
Ensure quality to increase customer satisfaction and improve turnaround times.
