Job summary

Acterra Group LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own fuel system construction and installation projects from award to closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and customer relationships, across multiple states and federal and commercial markets.

You will lead kickoff, look‑ahead, and post‑project reviews, ensuring safe, on‑time, and on-budget delivery while coordinating with customers, prime contractors, inspectors, and crews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; five or more years of construction project management experience including accountability for schedule and cost.
• Experience defining material, equipment, and labor requirements and coordinating purchasing and scheduling.
• Experience with submittals, permitting, progress billing, testing, commissioning, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned fuel system construction projects from award through closeout in Commercial and Federal markets.
• Develop and maintain the project execution plan with scope, milestones, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Manage safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site and ensure inspections and testing are completed.
• Lead submittals, permitting, site readiness, and long-lead item planning to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate with purchasing, scheduling, and field leadership to ensure correct labor and material availability.
