Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Fuel Pricing Analyst in Irving, TX to optimize profitability of retail fuel sales through data-driven pricing strategies and market awareness. The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication with stores and field teams.

Develop pricing tactics, monitor KPIs, and ensure data integrity in pricing systems while staying current with industry trends and market conditions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Irving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics or related field.
• 2+ years of pricing or analytics experience in fuel/retail preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau or Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the profitability of fuel sales under volatile pricing and/or market conditions.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with achieving performance metrics.
• Provide pricing directives with data support to stores and field management personnel.
• Conduct tactical analysis using large data sets to understand performance trends, mitigate risks, identify threats, and realize opportunities.
• Stay informed on market conditions and communicate insights to stakeholders weekly.
• Oversee data integrity of the fuel pricing systems and collaborate with fuel techs.
