Job summary

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. is seeking a Sr FTZ & Traffic Administrator in Grapevine, TX to manage FTZ operations in compliance with CBP and FTZ Board rules. You will lead FTZ workflow, coordinate inbound/outbound traffic, and drive improvements with brokers and service providers.

The role requires at least six years of related experience, a business-related degree or equivalent, and SAP experience. Onsite position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience (4 years).
• Minimum of six years related experience.
• Knowledge of FTZ software, shipping/export procedures and experience with importing merchandise.
• Knowledge of hazardous material handling and import/export documentation.
• Must be a US Person under ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen, green card holder or person covered under our ITAR license).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the FTZ and daily movements of parts.
• Prepare reports timely as required by CBP and management.
• Maintain records and documentation as required by CBP and other authorities.
• Lead freight forwarder selection, service provider selection and performance ratings.
