Job summary

The FTZ Coordinator at Southaven distribution center will be the primary onsite resource for day-to-day administration of the FTZ. This role uses FTZ software to support admissions, removals, inventory control, reporting, and recordkeeping, coordinating with multiple internal teams.

The incumbent will serve as the main onsite CBP contact during visits, ensure audit-ready documentation, and drive compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all FTZ transactions and processes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in logistics or customs-related roles.
• Experience with FTZ software or inventory control systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to resolve data discrepancies.
• Strong communication with CBP and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily FTZ operations at Southaven facility.
• Process admissions, removals, and inventory movements.
• Maintain accurate FTZ records and audit-ready docs.
• Serve as onsite CBP contact during visits.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Trade Compliance, and IT.
• Support reporting and compliance initiatives.
