Job summary

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. is seeking a Senior Material Handler to lead warehouse operations in Grapevine, TX. The role covers receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and supporting both internal and external customers while ensuring safety and FTZ compliance.

You will supervise Material Handlers, drive performance, and collaborate with CSR/buyers. A High School Diploma is required, with 5+ years in warehousing or related roles and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Lead and motivate Material Handlers to meet warehouse goals.
• Understand and demonstrate safe use of material handling equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Material Handlers in warehousing operations.
• Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship materials.
• Support safety and Foreign Trade Zone compliance.
• Coordinate with CSR and buyers as needed.
• Monitor transit locations and resolve issues.
