Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of relevant food safety or quality assurance experience.
• Working knowledge of HACCP principles; HACCP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with USDA and FDA regulations and audit processes.
• Ability to perform investigations and document product safety incidents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce HACCP and GMP compliance; report deviations.
• Generate and manage product specs; process SAP transactions for holds/releases.
• Verify product quality per specifications and conduct traceability checks.
• Investigate food safety incidents; complete corrective actions and reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to collect samples and review Certificates of Analysis.
