Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is seeking a Quality Assurance/QA position in Fullerton, CA, offering a 1st shift with pay starting at $25.50–$28.50 per hour. You will monitor HACCP, manage product specs in SAP, and ensure traceability for product integrity.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in food safety or QA, with SAP and InfinityQS experience and HACCP knowledge. This is a full-time role in a food manufacturing environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years in food safety or QA.
• Proficiency in SAP and InfinityQS for data reporting.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles; USDA/FDA regulations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HACCP and GMP compliance and report deviations.
• Generate and manage product specs and SAP transactions to hold/release product.
• Verify product quality by adherence to specs and conduct traceability exercises.
• Investigate food safety incidents and complete corrective actions and reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to collect samples and review COAs for compliance.
