Qualifikationen

• Ten or more years of progressive industrial or program security experience.
• Experience supporting SCI and SAP environments, including facility accreditation activities and maintaining required security documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of NISPOM, ICD 705 and related directives, DoD SAP security requirements, DD Forms 254, and security classification guidance.
• Proven ability to independently lead site security operations, manage priorities, and mentor security personnel.

Aufgaben

• Lead onsite Facility Security Officer (FSO) duties and act as primary security advisor for the San Antonio location.
• Oversee accreditation of SCIFs, SAPFs, and other classified spaces; prepare and coordinate documentation with government authorities.
• Maintain compliance with NISPOM, ICD directives, and contract security requirements; track approvals and renewal needs.
• Coordinate with government security representatives and customer security offices to support program execution.
• Review security classifications guidance and ensure timely approvals and schedule risk communication.
• Manage personnel security processes including clearance processing and visit authorizations; support continuous vetting.
• Develop and maintain security procedures for access control, material handling, and destruction; update security plans.
• Lead inspections, prepare for assessments, and drive corrective actions and documentation.
• Oversee security incidents, reporting, and ties to Insider Threat programs and investigations.
• Deliver security training and briefings; ensure training records are up to date.
• Coordinate with IA partners on physical security and support system security plans.
