Job summary

EY in Charlotte is seeking a Senior Analyst for Banking Platforms within the Finance Solutions Office. You’ll join a team of advisory professionals delivering technology projects and managed services, focusing on design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of technology solutions.

The role requires collaboration with clients and stakeholders, strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year as a Business Analyst or similar role with stakeholders and product owners.
• Knowledge of scrum ceremonies and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategy.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Provide end-user training and support on new systems and processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders with findings and recommendations.
