Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Analyst in FSO Technology, based in the US Service Delivery Center. You will design, build, test, analyze, deliver, and support technology solutions in a fast-paced, changing environment.

You will collaborate with clients to transform business through disruptive innovation and transformational design solutions. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, map data flows, and translate business needs into technical specs while supporting training and end-user

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical BA
• Experience in Retail/Commercial Banking, Payments, or Capital Markets
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum; API analysis and data flow mapping
• Familiarity with modern application architecture and cloud-ready design principles
• Knowledge of testing principles and best practices across the SDLC
• Excellent communication and ability to work with distributed/off-shore teams
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving focus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop detailed functional specs and use cases.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Coordinate with IT teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Perform data analysis to support decisions and strategic planning.
• Monitor project progress and align with business objectives.
• Provide end-user training and support on new systems and processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
