Job summary

EY seeks an FSO Technology Business Senior Analyst in the Raleigh area to join our Service Delivery Center. You will design, build/configure, test, analyze, deliver and support technology solutions within project teams, adapting to fast-paced changes and evolving tech landscapes.

You will collaborate with clients to transform their business through innovative enablement and design solutions, modernizing systems, processes and products to support high performance in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical BA.
Financial Domain Expertise in Retail/Commercial Banking, Payments, Capital Markets.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with API analysis, system integrations, and data flow mapping.
Familiarity with modern application architecture and cloud-ready design principles.
Understanding of testing principles, strategies, and best practices across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
