Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Analyst in its FSO Technology group in the US. Based at EY's Service Delivery Center, you will design, build/configure, test, analyze, and support technology solutions for financial services clients.

You’ll work on fast-paced delivery teams, adapt to changing priorities, and partner with advisory professionals to drive transformational outcomes. You’ll collaborate with clients to transform their business through disruptive innovation and design solutions that modernize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or working with stakeholders/Product Owners.
• Knowledge of scrum ceremonies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in project management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with IT teams.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor progress and align with business objectives.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems.
