Job summary

Veterans First Initiative LLC is seeking an experienced Functional Systems Administrator (FSA) III to support intelligence training systems at Goodfellow AFB, TX. You will manage and troubleshoot Windows, Unix, and Linux platforms, deliver classroom and LMS support, and coordinate virtualized environments with VMware vSphere and NetApp storage.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in a related field, 5+ years of system administration experience, IAT Level II, and one of the listed security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science or DoD equivalent training.
• At least five years of system administration/IT services experience.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot complex systems per security policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for hardware and software malfunctions.
• Develop and maintain system administration SOPs and technical guides.
• Install and coordinate software and hardware on Windows/Unix/Linux platforms.
