Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or certification in industrial painting or coatings preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on spray painting experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Robotic painting experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manual spray painting: apply primers, basecoats and topcoats with professional spray systems.
• Support automatic/robotic paint line operations and tune for finish quality.
• Inspect parts for defects, maintain coating thickness and adhesion.
• Maintain spray equipment, PPE compliance and safe material handling.
