This is a hands-on role focused on delivering consistent, high-quality finishes on composite parts while assisting with robotic system operation, troubleshooting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate has expert-level knowledge of industrial spray painting processes and a strong eye for quality. Automotive painting experience is a plus due to the finish quality and attention to detail required.
