You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, representing the company with integrity and professionalism. No travel is required outside the home site area.

Qualifikationen

• 1 to 3 years of Travel + Leisure sales experience is required.
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
• Arizona real estate license is required or willingness to obtain one.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to sales policies and guidelines by representing the company professionally and ethically.
• Close transactions daily to meet required sales targets.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor performance goals of direct reports.
• Participate in daily sales meetings; assist site trainer with initial and ongoing training.
• Recruit future sales associates.
• May be responsible for group sales presentations.
• Other duties may be assigned.
