Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from requirements to launch, focusing on frontier AI safety and scalable model integration with Gemini and Search.

You will collaborate with engineers, product, policy and legal teams, plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and clearly communicate analyses and recommendations to executives and technical staff alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead technical programs to identify and record frontier risks across Gemini models and Search integrations.
• Establish testing suites, stress-testing workflows, and regression tracking before deployment.
• Embed frontier safety gating criteria and convert attack vectors into regression defenses during launches.
• Architect real-time risk telemetry, dashboards, and narratives for executive visibility and decisions.
• Guide mitigation strategies across model and application levels to ensure safety outcomes.
