Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from planning to delivery.
• Plan requirements with internal customers and manage project scope and timelines.
• Identify risks and clearly communicate them to stakeholders.
• Explain analyses and recommendations to executives and engineers alike.
• Audit benchmarks, shape data and training priorities with researchers.
• Drive data collection, synthetic data, SFT, and verifiable RL environments.
