Forbes Technical Consulting is seeking a Senior Associate Frontend Software Engineer to join our technology team, supporting sophisticated internal platforms and business-critical applications.

You will focus on building intuitive, high-performance frontend experiences using React and TypeScript, collaborating with backend engineers and product stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience building internal tools or data-heavy user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance internal and administrative applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tools.
• Develop data-dense interfaces including tables, filters, pagination, forms, and CRUD functionality.
• Partner with backend engineers and product stakeholders to translate requirements into responsive, high-performing UI components.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code, including unit and basic integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend development standards and best practices.
• Proactively identify blockers, manage assigned development work, and communicate progress effectively.
• Support troubleshooting and incident response related to frontend applications.
• Improve the usability, reliability, and accessibility of internal business applications.
