Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a frontend-leaning software engineer to bridge the gap between robust data structures and a world-class user interface. You will partner with a backend-focused team to transform complex data into seamless, elegant interfaces, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.

You will be a browser-first engineer, obsessed with user experience, with strong skills in modern CSS and styling, contributing to frontend standards across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on frontend development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building complex, responsive web applications from scratch.
• Strong communication skills, you'll be the primary advocate for frontend excellence on our client's team.
• Comfortable working across the stack when needed (Node.js, APIs, PostgreSQL).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and develop the frontend for our client's core platforms, meeting the high aesthetic standards of the brand.
• Master the Styles: Take full ownership of CSS, layout, and responsive design, ensuring applications are fluid, performant, and visually stunning.
• Collaborate Across the Stack: Work closely with a backend-heavy team to integrate APIs and data models into a seamless, intuitive frontend experience.
• Component Architecture: Build and maintain a scalable, reusable UI library that allows for rapid feature iteration across Next.js and SvelteKit environments.
