You will drive architecture, performance, accessibility, and security across complex web apps, collaborating closely with product and UX teams to set engineering standards and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level React proficiency with hooks and advanced patterns.
• Strong Java and Spring skills for microservices.
• Deep experience with modern frontend tooling and builds.
• Strong CSS, responsive design, and theming.
• Advanced testing with Jest/Vitest and E2E tools.
• WCAG/ARIA accessibility and keyboard navigation expertise.
• Security awareness for web apps and secure patterns.
• AI-assisted engineering tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex front-end web apps using React + TypeScript.
• Develop microservices and API contracts with GraphQL/REST in Java Spring.
• Collaborate with UX/Product to translate designs into polished experiences.
• Establish and evolve front-end standards and testing practices.
• Improve performance: Core Web Vitals, bundling, caching strategies.
• Implement rich UI features, real-time updates, and offline patterns.
• Ensure secure client-side patterns and robust auth flows.
