You will own the user experience and customer-facing workflows of our next-generation IoT platform, building highly performant dashboards to visualize fleet topologies and manage devices at scale, in collaboration with Product, Platform, Cloud, and Customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on scalable front-end architectures.
• Mastery of modern front-end technologies: React, GraphQL, Redux, Vite, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of backend integration points, particularly interacting with GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and UI performance optimization.
• Familiarity with observability platforms to monitor frontend performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed topology visualization and cross-org super-admin dashboards.
• Provide dashboards, charts, and filtered views for sensor telemetry and alert trends to support end-to-end solution monitoring.
• Unify gateway management and sensor data experiences so customers can move between fleet operations and troubleshooting in a single workflow.
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, Cloud, and Customer Success teams to deliver reliable IoT solutions.
• Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity while maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
