• Strong knowledge of accessibility, performance optimization, and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale frontend feature implementations with minimal oversight.
• Design reusable architecture patterns and evolve shared tooling and design systems.
• Identify and resolve systemic performance and accessibility issues.
• Mentor associate and mid-level engineers with code review and pairing.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to clarify requirements and align UI with strategy.
• Influence roadmap priorities through technical feasibility insights and risk management.
• Utilize advanced front-end technologies to build 2D/WebGL frontends and optimize performance.
