Job summary

Tenet3 is seeking an early-career Frontend Software Engineer to build reliable user-facing components using React, HTML, and CSS. You will work under senior engineers to implement scoped features and contribute to code quality within an Agile team.

The role focuses on bridging design systems with executable front-end components, ensuring accessibility, performance, and a scalable UI. Hybrid work in Dayton, OH is available.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of frontend development experience (including college internships).
• Knowledge of semantic HTML and responsive design techniques.
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong technical communication and ability to maintain component documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build user-facing features using React, HTML, and CSS following design systems and accessibility standards.
• Contribute to scoped tickets and user stories; participate in code reviews.
• Debug UI issues, improve performance and accessibility, and raise blockers clearly.
• Attend team standups, demos and retrospectives; provide clear updates.
• Maintain component documentation and communicate changes to teammates.
