Qualifications

• 7+ years of frontend software engineering experience.
• Experience mentoring junior and mid‑level developers and leading architecture reviews.

• Ability to translate business goals into frontend technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of large‑scale frontend features with minimal oversight.
• Design reusable architecture patterns and evolve shared tooling and design systems.
• Identify and resolve front‑end performance bottlenecks and accessibility issues.
• Mentor associate and mid‑level engineers with code reviews and pairing.
• Collaborate with product and design to clarify requirements and align UI with strategy.
• Promote scalable architecture and proactive risk mitigation.
