Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale development environments supporting frontend frameworks.
• Expertise in modern frontend technologies like React; familiarity with Dojo.
• Significant coding experience in Node.js, Python, PHP, Go or similar languages.
• Analytical, strategic thinking and data-driven problem solving with debugging experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain shared frontend libraries including packaging, versioning, and distribution, plus build, compilation, and CD.
• Improve frontend engineering experience by socializing patterns, testing strategies, and tooling.
• Architect projects with micro frontend patterns and performance/accessibility standards; guide large-scale efforts.
• Design systems for observability and consumability, enabling autonomous navigation and modular modification.
• Establish coding and agent best practices, reducing low-quality agent output with guardrails.
• Guide engineers on breaking work into pieces that agents can execute reliably.
• Collaborate with, mentor, and train engineers across a distributed team with feedback on code/architecture.
• Ensure development focuses on the company's biggest initiatives across departments.
• Stay current on tools and patterns for infrastructure management and guide adoption.
