Qualifications
- BS or MS in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of web, software, or mobile app development.
- Proficient in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with SDLC and web services (REST or SOAP).
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor others.
Responsibilities
- Create front end solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Translate insights into mockups, wireframes, and proof-of-concept code.
- Lead a small team to solve design and programming challenges.
- Contribute to project design, architecture, and end-to-end development.
- Provide technical direction and ensure high-quality solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance applications with AI.
- Coach junior engineers on best practices and AI-enabled development.
- Launch AI integrations in production and measure impact on performance.
