Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering production SaaS applications
• 5+ years of deep expertise in React, Javascript/Typescript or Tailwind
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces across Ostro's product suite using modern frontend frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend, to deliver seamless features and elevate existing UX
• Maintain high code quality through rigorous peer reviews, automated unit testing, and robust frontend standards
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability as user adoption grows
• Drive accessibility compliance by proactively testing, troubleshooting, and advocating for inclusive design practices
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging web technologies to continuously improve our frontend stack and patterns
