Reddit's Feeds Experience team is hiring a senior frontend engineer to own core web features for the Feed pages across Reddit apps and site. You will collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to ship user‑centric experiences with fast, scalable UI.

You should have 6+ years in frontend development (JavaScript/TypeScript) and strong React/CSS skills, plus GraphQL/REST familiarity. This role supports a fully remote US work setup and offers a substantial base salary with equity and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience in frontend
• Experience with one or more frontend web frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.) and CSS
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong focus on user experience and usability
• Excellent communication skills, especially in a fully remote environment
• Experience with GraphQL, REST, HTTP, and API design is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to build new features for the Feed pages
• Own the full development cycle for major frontend projects from design to launch
• Write and review code and design docs, and help mentor engineers
• Contribute to web architecture planning and drive observability and performance improvements
