Job summary

Spatial Front, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer (UI/UX) to design, develop, and optimize modern web applications using Angular (v8+) or React, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and scalable architecture.

You will translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality front-end code, collaborate with UI/UX designers, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and integrate RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) in an Agile

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer focused on front-end development.
• Proficiency with Angular or React and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, PostgreSQL, Java, and Node.js.
• Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices including Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, scalable front-end web applications.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and perform code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and optimize applications for performance and security.
• Integrate and consume RESTful APIs and external data sources.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud integrations.
• Write clean, testable code using TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes.
