Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Community Builders. The role focuses on building scalable frontend features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and owning projects end-to-end.

You will work across design, product, and data science to deliver impactful user experiences. Candidates should have 6+ years in frontend development with JavaScript/TypeScript, experience in React, Vue, or Angular, and strong API design skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience in frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6).
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular; CSS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing product features with an emphasis on performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-quality products.
• Contribute to the full development cycle: design, development, testing, experimentation, and launch.
• Set and define standards to improve developer workflows, and mentor engineers on the team.
• Continuously learn and improve both technical and non-technical abilities.
