Job summary

Vizonian Life is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Front-End) to lead frontend architecture, drive scalable multi-tenant platforms, and mentor the team. You will own performance, security, and standards across the frontend stack while collaborating with backend services and CRM integrations.

The ideal candidate brings deep Angular/TypeScript experience, RxJS, NgRx, and a track record of building highly available frontend systems in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master's is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend architecture, scalability, performance, and security of frontend apps.
• Lead multi-tenant, white-label frontend platform design and tenant theming.
• Define frontend standards: components, state management, accessibility, testing, design system governance.
• Mentor engineers through reviews, pair programming, and architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with backend, CRM, and platform services for integration and reliability.
• Drive Core Web Vitals improvements and incident root-cause analysis.
