Reddit's Ads Creative & Recommendations team seeks a senior frontend engineer with deep JavaScript, TypeScript, and React experience to shape the next generation of advertiser tools. You will own complex features from design through launch and iterate with product, design, data science, ML and backend engineering.

You will build reusable patterns for a unified campaign creation experience, improve performance, accessibility, and maintainability, and mentor other engineers while driving

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web apps with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Track record of delivering complex frontend projects end-to-end.
• Strong frontend architecture, state management, and API integration.
• Focus on usability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Able to work through ambiguous product and technical problems.
• Proficient in instrumentation, experimentation, or product metrics.
• Mentor other engineers via code reviews and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend features across Ads Manager workflows.
• Translate AI-backed capabilities into advertiser interfaces.
• Collaborate with product and design on ambiguous requirements and tradeoffs.
• Develop reusable frontend patterns for a unified campaign creation experience.
• Instrument experiences, run experiments, and guide iteration.
