Reddit, Inc. is seeking a senior frontend engineer to shape the next generation of advertiser tools on the Ads Manager platform.

You will own complex frontend features end-to-end, collaborating with product, design, data science, ML, and backend teams to deliver fast, accessible, and maintainable experiences. In this role you’ll translate AI-backed capabilities into advertiser-facing interfaces and develop reusable components for unified campaign creation, while raising the quality of the

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web apps with JavaScript, TypeScript and React.
• Proficient with agentic coding tools in daily development.
• Independently delivered complex frontend projects from design to launch.
• Strong frontend architecture, state management, and API integration skills.
• Experience crafting polished UIs with usability, performance, accessibility and maintainability focus.
• Capable of working through ambiguous product and technical problems.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering, product, design and data teams.
• Experience using instrumentation or product metrics to improve UX.
• Commitment to code quality via reviews, docs, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of complex frontend features across Ads Manager workflows.
• Translate AI-backed capabilities into advertiser-facing interfaces.
• Collaborate with product and design on ambiguous requirements and tradeoffs.
• Develop reusable frontend patterns and components for campaign creation.
• Instrument experiences, evaluate results, and guide iteration with data.
• Improve code quality through architecture, testing, observability, and accessibility.
• Provide high-quality code reviews and technical guidance to peers.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, data and ML systems for end-to-end experiences.
