Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to shape how customers experience our digital platforms. You will craft front-end solutions and collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful results.

You will work on A/B tests and personalization using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS within Adobe Target, while leveraging AEM and XF to enable scalable and reusable front-end components.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of front-end web development experience.
• Experience with Adobe Target or similar A/B testing software.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and XF is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear English communication.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in meetings and communicate effectively in English with marketers and developers.
• Develop front-end experiences for A/B tests and personalization using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS.
• Ensure A/B testing, personalization, and technical solutions are scalable and aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Perform weekly QA/QC reviews on live tests and personalization activities.
• Produce technical documentation and time estimates for A/B work, communicating concepts to business stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with A/B testing and personalization teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
