Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Frontend Developer in the United States to shape how customers interact with our digital platforms. You will champion high-quality frontend work in a collaborative, cross-functional team with marketers and business stakeholders.

You’ll lead front-end development using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS, build features for A/B testing in Adobe Target, and ensure scalable, maintainable code. Strong English skills and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in front-end web development with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• At least 1 year leading development teams.
• Experience with Adobe Target and A/B testing.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager; XF knowledge is a plus.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Join meetings regularly and communicate clearly in English via project management tools with marketers and developers.
• Create front-end functionality for A/B tests and personalization inside Adobe Target.
• Ensure A/B testing and personalization work is scalable, repeatable, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Perform weekly QA/QC checks on active tests and campaigns and conduct technical reviews.
• Draft technical documentation and estimates for A/B testing and personalization for business stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships with the optimization team and stakeholders across Marketing and IT.
