Job summary

The Vanguard Group is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead for Experimentation, Personalization & Marketing Cloud to drive Adobe Target implementations across A/B tests and personalization experiences.

You will lead front-end engineering, define standards, and deliver scalable solutions with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, design, and AEM. You will mentor engineers, influence testing strategies, ensure QA and accessibility, and partner with Martech to advance our experimentation velocity

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Adobe Target experience including A/B tests and personalization.
• Front-end development with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience configuring Target activities, audiences and QA.
• Experience working with analytics/measurement tools.
• Knowledge of Git-based development and deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adobe Target implementation for experiments and personalization.
• Build and maintain front-end code for Target activities using standard web technologies.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics and MarTech teams to translate goals into measurable implementations.
• Provide technical leadership and establish coding standards and governance.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate risks and tradeoffs clearly.
• Mentor developers on Target implementation practices and front-end development.
