1mind is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineering Lead in San Francisco, CA to embed with customers and deploy AI-driven Superhumans into live web apps. You will own deployments end-to-end, work deep in the DOM, and set the technical bar for a fast-scaling function.

You will lead the anchor deployment, codify playbooks, and expand the motion across the customer base while shaping tooling and processes for rapid, measurable value delivery.

Competenze

• Significant hands-on front-end engineering experience shipping production web apps.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals with ARIA accessibility knowledge.
• Deep understanding of DOM and browser rendering pipelines; debugging in dev tools.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Svelte).
• Production use of Playwright, Puppeteer, or Chrome DevTools Protocol.
• Solid grasp of cookies, sessions, tokens, and local storage.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM systems and deploying agents in production.
• Ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar apps in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication with customer engineering teams; willing to travel/relocate.

• Lead end-to-end forward deployments of products inside customer web environments.
• Ramp rapidly on unfamiliar apps, tracing HTML/DOM and rendering issues.
• Build and maintain UI automation across desktop and mobile browsers.
• Work with AI orchestration layer to tune agent behavior per customer.
• Handle auth and web state to keep deployments secure and resilient.
• Serve as senior technical partner to customer teams and translate needs into plans.
• Codify successful approaches into repeatable playbooks and tooling.
• Provide deployment insights to inform the product roadmap.
