Qualifications

• 8+ years building production frontend applications.
• Own frontend architecture, tooling, and release safety.
• Demonstrated performance optimization experience.
• Real product sense with ability to critique UI/UX objectively.
• Comfort with coding agents and ensuring safe deployments.
• Clear, written communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and tech stack for frontend systems.
• Consolidate and migrate to a single component system; gate the path.
• Drive performance budgets and measurable improvements.
